RETURN POLICY
Because we are a
small, family run business, we pride ourselves on our
customer service. If at any time you have a question or
concern, please feel free to contact us.
While we take our time and try to pack the products as
best as we possibly can, accidents do happen and
something can break during shipping. If at any time you
receive a product that is broken, cracked, or otherwise
unusable, please return the package to us immediately
(within 14 days). You will be reimbursed your shipping
cost, and be given credit for another candle in our
store or a replacement if we have another similar in
stock. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case matter.
Returns will not be granted if you simply do not like
the scent or item. While we do take care to offer only
quality products, not everyone is the same. If you are
unsure about a certain product, please feel free to
contact us.
